Lou and Debbie DiBono (formerly of China Grill and Suva in Miami Beach) have teamed up to bring us the new Dibono's Italian Cafe. Formerly Louie's Brick Oven, a gastro pub/restaurant with all the comfort, familiarity, and charm of your neighborhood Bistro, Dibono's is all about good food and good feelings. Old fashion aromas emanating from the coal & wood-fired brick oven, grill and rotisserie are sensory aperitifs for the well thought out menu and décor of Louie?s. A warm glow from the brick oven in the kitchen is reflected in the three oversized mirrors oven the bar, as is the cozy interior of black leather chairs and barstools with vintage nail head details.
