As a former owner of Oberon “…Zoran is a consummate host…” Mr. Bauer said on June 2nd 1999. The chef, Ivo Stipinovich, brings with him more than 15 years of experience, catering for corporate and private clients on the Peninsula and Silicon Valley and known for his innovative “daily specials” and wide range of risotto offerings.
