Converted from a circa 1912 warehouse, Basic is left open and raw with original brick walls, high ceilings and industrial garage doors. Basic's atmosphere is relaxed and chill attracting a cool urban crowd that live, work and play in Downtown San Diego. Basic's kitchen serves New Haven, Connecticut thin crust brick oven pizzas nightly until 2 a.m. It is also a versatile event space, best suited for cocktail style receptions and cool themed parties with an urban vibe.
