Two Blondes and a Shrimp was formed shortly after the new millennium in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. It was originally established as a wholesale seafood company and continued until April of 2008. The original owner, Sheri Blanche had a vision to take seafood from the ocean to the table. Mark J. Vogelsang, her current partner saw her vision and “Two Blondes and a Shrimp Café” was “Spawned”. Our mission is to “Sustain our Ecosystem one Meal at a Time" & our passion is to offer divine & delectable plated foods that will make you want to come back again and again.
