Beaver's is a casual restaurant in the icehouse tradition -- a great place to hang out and enjoy friends, fun drinks and great food. Our menus celebrate the smoky subtleties of live-fire slow cooking as well as pay respect to the diverse culinary traditions of Texas. Something else you should know: we take beer seriously with a beer menu that reads like a wine list. We also offer a signature cocktail menu of “Front Porch” drinks, incorporating Texas’ own fine spirits, “Beer-Tails”(putting beer squarely in the cocktail ring, where it belongs), unusual and inspired "Beaver Tail" cocktails and fantastically fun wines. Created by acclaimed Houston restaurateurs Monica Pope and Andrea Lazar, Beaver's was named a "Hot 10 Summer Blockbuster" by Bon Appetit Magazine (July 2008)
