Guests can come to Aix for a great salad or the perfect burger and fries for lunch one day, impress a dinner date with Aix classics like the seared salmon with fresh corn relish, roasted tomato and basil or the decadent chocolate torte the next night, then meet up with friends for a killer brunch on the weekend. $5 appetizers and cocktails during Happy Hour (3 - 7) and Tuesday night 1/2 price bottles are creative ways to sample the modern American bistro cuisine and and try new wines at an exceptional value. Chef proprietor, Rachel Woolcott, has adapted the restaurant to meet the needs of the evolving, eclectic Uptown neighborhood. “We have been here since 2001, so it’s been fun to grow up with the community. We’re still offering the best and freshest local ingredients as always, just in a more affordable, approachable way and pairing it up with some great nightly events for the neighborhood,” says Woolcott.
