Caldonia's became the place for bar-b-que when it opened in 1978. Originally owned by a couple of "Oakies" who knew what they wanted in true bar-b-que, the old fashioned combination of low heat over slow smokin' hickory has remained the secret of Caldonia's success. We're talkin' about the finest beef brisket, big, juicy, plump chickens, custom made hot link sausages and the finest, meatiest ribs served with Caldonia's secert bar-b-que sauce. After slow smokin', the bar-b-que is finished on the grill providin' you a mouth waterin' to-die-for masterpiece. Couple this with old southern favorite side dishes and we're talkin' Hog Heaven!
