My husband and I visited Aparicio's a while back and were not impressed. Being seated at all started the problem. It took over an hour. Once seated, it took 20 minutes to order a drink. Another 20 minutes to place our food order. At this point we are starving. An hour later when our food had not come and we had not been offered anything resembling service my husband asked to speak to the manager, who happened to be standing by the kitchen door. Our waitperson walked over, spoke to the manager who promptly walked staight into the kitchen and never came to our table.
Our food arrived, we ate though now wondering about the validity of our food, paid our tab with no tip, left a note for the manager and left.

We will never return there.
My family was in the BBQ business in Dallas for over 75 years. This type service would never ever have been acceptable. I am very forgiving if an order comes out wrong from the kitchen, things happen. Rude Service is unacceptable.
