Passion makes us down-right obsessive about our fresh ingredients (we don't even have a freezer). And passion makes us put a little more on, never a little less, when we stack up our toppings. The result of all this passion? Passionate customers. Our pizza crust is like no other. And our small batch dough is why. Using our own recipe of blended flours (don't ask, it's a secret), we make our dough fresh each morning with 100% pure Carapelli olive oil. Then we cut, knead and toss it by hand. Take it from us; there are easier ways to make pizza dough. But there's no better way.
