After spending nearly 13 years in New York Cityâ€™s trendiest neighborhood, Tribeca, creating and specializing in Vietnamese cuisine, we lost our lease and were forced to set up a new restaurant elsewhere. With our parents getting older and their desire to live in a warmer climate, our choices were limited to a few cities. We embarked on a month long quest for a suitable location for our new restaurant and searched for places to set up in California, Houston, Dallas, Florida and Atlanta.
