Bluegrass is a casual restaurant located in Highland Park. With a cozy setting nestled into the west side of town it is a true destination dining location. Complete with a warm friendly bar and an American flare, Bluegrass blends in a little Southern influence into its repertoire. The wine and beer selections are all American, along with a full back bar, all hand selected to echo the quality of the fare. The idea behind Bluegrass came from Jim Lederer who has spent over twenty years in the business. With a fine dining background Jim, along with his chef David Teichman are taking the fine dining quality food and beverage service, and bringing it to a casual setting. Value will be one of the biggest selling points of Bluegrass.
