Nearly every town hosts sagre throughout the year. These festivals usually showcase local foods and specialties. Ristorante SAGRA is not fine dining…it is fine food. SAGRA is meant to evoke the raucous atmosphere of the sagre of Italy. SAGRA is casual, reasonably priced, down-to-earth, can be crowded and loud and is always meant to be fun. It is a place to relax and unwind. Here, as back in Italy, it is all about the food and wine. SAGRA is the food of today’s Italy. It is our hope to spread the word that Italian food is much more subtle, healthy and light than people realize. We take great pride and care in the preparation of our high quality food and offer an excellent value. The Romans have a saying, “The more you pay for food, the worse you eat".
