Cόte D' Azur, (coat-dazur), French American Restaurant is located on the lakeside development in Rockwall, Texas called the Harbor. The name translates to "The Blue Coast" in French, and refers to the blue coast on the French Riviera. The Harbor development is a Mediterranean style concept on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard. The vacation-like ambiance creates a wonderful setting for an enjoyable dining experience. Inspired by trips to France and the Riviera, General Manager and co-owner, Joe Hernandez wanted to bring French cuisine to the Mediterranean style Harbor as an addition to the dynamic diversity of culture, cuisine, and demographics currently evolving in the Rockwall community.
