It’s much easier to say you want to change and even to go through the trouble to plan out how you’ll change, then to actually take action and really do it. It’s true that often times people act without having a plan and they fail, but if you plan and never take action, you can rest assured that you will not succeed. It’s necessary to have all components of a SMART* goal in order for it to reach its full potential, but most importantly, without action most things will not change. You must take action.
