Family owned and operated since 1927, Kemoll's is a St. Louis landmark renowned for many traditional Italian dishes as well as items unique to Kemoll's such as the fresh Fried Artichokes, Frutta del Mare, Shrimp Artichoke Moutarde (published in Bon Appetit), Filet Douglas (with lobster in cognac and cream sauce) and Chicken Agro Dolce (sweet sour with toasted almonds, raisins, capers).
Cheese bread was first introduced to the Midwest by Mrs. Kemoll and is considered the best in town.
